He was holding his Mummy’s hand and walking as he thought “safely” on the pavement at the time. Both he and his Mummy were doing absolutely nothing wrong. The real wrong doing was the <st1:country-region st="on"><st1:place st="on">UK</st1:place></st1:country-region> government who know there are unroadworthy vehicles out there killing people yet give the issue no attention. What happened to little Finlay was not a “one off”, “freak” accident like a lot of people originally believed.
